The best female group in Irish music is The London Lasses. Easily. No debate. Incredible musicians and singers.’ Bill Margeson, Irish American News and liveIreland website

‘One of the best bands on the scene today’ Irish Music Magazine

We celebrated our tenth anniversary in 2010 with the release of our fourth album, By Night & By Day. Over the past decade we’ve been delighted to bring our music to some of the world’s most prestigious festivals and concert halls, including Cambridge Folk Festival, the Concertgebouw (Amsterdam), Glastonbury, Ballyshannon, Philadelphia Irish Festival and the Royal Albert Hall, where we performed the first ever BBC Proms céilí as part of the 2008 season.

Our latest album features the stellar talents of our two newest band members, Co. Kerry flute player Elma McElligott and Co. Down vocalist/harpist Brona McVittie. They join long-standing band members Karen Ryan (fiddle/mandola), Elaine Conwell (fiddle), Maureen Linane (accordion) and Pete Quinn (piano/keyboard).
